Great location close to the center of Ulm and Neu-Ulm, easy check-in process making it very convenient for exploring the city.

We booked studio suite for 7 nights and had a really nice stay. The bathroom was large, included shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets.

no complains at all, the venue met requirements, can't recommend highly enough it. we were moved to a studio suite and had an electric kettle, a microwave, and climate control. the location of the hotel was great - relatively close to a family water park.

The staff here were exceptional and very friendly, making our experience truly exceptional and enjoyable.

The hotel is located in a vibrant and lively environment, with colorful and fun decorations that give you a taste of the country's vivacious culture. the room is nicely decorated, with a small kitchen and a big fridge, providing convenience for guests. the breakfast selection is impressive, with plenty of options even for those with dietary restrictions, like gluten intolerance. the hotel is also clean and quiet, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The hotel's location is not ideal if you have limited time to explore the city, as it is a bit far from the city center. during the summer months, the air conditioning system cannot be adjusted, leading to uncomfortably hot temperatures in the rooms.

Incredible staff, super friendly and helpful. Room is chic, modern, and fun with amazing amenities like phone-charging coffee table and Netflix. Refreshing drinks always available.
